21-Day Sadhana Programmes (1:1 or in a group)

What is a Sadhana?

In Sanskrit, the word Sadhana refers to a dedicated spiritual practice - a commitment to returning to yourself, day after day. It is one of the most powerful tools on the yogic path, precisely because it invites consistency.

A Sadhana programme is an intentional container: a journey over a set number of days, centred around a specific practice or theme, and held within this intentional container (1:1 sadhana with me) or within a community of people walking the path together (group sadhana). The structure of the programme creates continuity, accountability, and a depth of experience that can be difficult to cultivate through a more sporadic personal practice.

Each programme I facilitate is rooted in the wisdom of the Himalayan Kundalini Yoga tradition while remaining accessible, and adaptable to wherever you are on your journey. My intention is to offer a supportive space where commitment becomes sustainable, practice becomes embodied, and transformation can unfold naturally.

Why 21 Days?

A 21-day Sadhana offers a first threshold of committed practice. Three weeks gives you enough continuity to move beyond simply trying a practice and begin to experience what becomes possible when you return to it every day.

Within this container, repetition becomes a form of devotion. You begin to create familiarity with the practice, notice what shifts within you, and develop the capacity to stay connected even when motivation naturally fluctuates.

For me, 21 days is a starting point: a dedicated period to establish a rhythm, cultivate consistency, and begin to embody a new practice, pattern, or way of relating to yourself.

Upcoming Sadhana Programmes

Heart & Mind Unity Sadhana
A 21-day journey into the subtle relationship between heart and mind.

  • Through the energetic work of the upper triangle chakras (heart, throat, third eye and crown), we will cultivate a deeper connection between the heart centre and the mind, supporting greater inner alignment, clarity and heart coherence — allowing the intelligence of the heart and the awareness of the mind to communicate more freely.

  • What’s included:
    • At the centre of the Sadhana is a Kriya set practice, performed for 21 consecutive days.
    • This is accompanied by three complementary yoga classes (integrated practices drawing from asana, pranayama, mantra, Kriya and meditation)
    • together with journal prompts to deepen awareness and support integration.
    • Throughout the journey, a WhatsApp group will offer a space for support, accountability and collective practice.

On the horizon, more sacred containers are being prepared. Follow along on my WhatsApp Community, my Newsletter or reach out on my contact page to be the first to hear when they open.
